Each Branding, Marketing, and Design project as a slightly different process but they each has a transparent, well defined process that promotes clear communication and efficiencies.
Every project, from the largest to the smallest, starts with a consultation call. We will discuss your project needs and determine if the Lulu Bee team is right for you and if your project is something our team wants to take on.
If it all clicks, then we can move on to the next step.
If we decide that we like each other, it’s time to get more detailed so we can talk money and contracts.
You will be asked to complete a Discovery Worksheet to drill down on the details and establish the full scope of work and timeline expectations. This is crucial for us to get a clear picture of the project.
Once your worksheet is reviewed, we will provide you with a detailed project proposal and agreement containing:
-Detailed description of the scope of services to be provided
-Project cost and payment terms
-List of necessary information you need to provide to start and complete the project
-Project Schedule with expected start date, milestone dates and completion date.
The project cannot kick off until we receive your deposit and signed contract. This needs to happen at least 2 weeks before the expected start date unless other arrangements have been made. The planning and creation of your project will begin using your Discovery Worksheet as a guide. This step of the process will be a little different for each project type.
We will go over your goals for the brand, the message you want to get across and the style that you prefer. We will also work on narrowing down your target audience and competitors
Initial designs for every aspect of your banding package (style guide, logo, graphics, social media assets, etc) will be created
You will be presented with the initial watermarked designs and asked to provide feedback for additional refinement or revisions.
Branding projects WITHOUT full Website Design and Development take 4-6 weeks.
Branding project involving full Website Design and Development will have a 12-14 week timeline and will follow both the branding and the web design process.
We will go over your goals for the website, and the style that you prefer and the vendors you will be using for nay integrations that will be included.
This part of the process will be an interactive one between you and Lulu Bee.
It will start with the development of the website siteplan. You will provide us feedback to confirm that is the page structure that you want.
You will then provide us the content (text) to populate your site or work with our copywriter to create the content.
The design and development will occur simultaneously on a password protected staging site. This will allow you to view the watermarked content at different points of the development to ensure that your new website meets your vision
The timeline varies based on the complexity of the site.
A smaller website with minimal content and customization is a 4-6 week process. A more complex website is 10-12 weeks.

We will also work on narrowing down your target audience and competitors, select the platforms to be used and any 3rd party vendors that will be part of integrations
Game plans, graphics, templates etc will be created
You will be presented with initial plans/designs and asked to provide feedback for revisions and refinements

With the exception of websites, your completed project will be delivered to you via email or shared folder (DropBox, OneDrive etc)
Each item will be in the appropriate format for the piece.
For example, Logos and graphics will be delivered in JPG and PNG formats with both CYMK and RGB color profiles.
Print designs will be in PDF and JPG with color spec sheets that can be provided to print vendors to ensure your brand colors are accurate.
For landing pages, the full HTML file will be provided via shared folder so that it can be published on your own domain and hosting.
Websites are built on our own hosting server. Clients who purchase hosting through us will have a seamless transition when the website goes live. All you will need to do is use the user name and password we provide and you will have full access to your new website.
If you will be using your own hosting provider, you will need to provide us access to your hosting account so that we can stage the hosting server and launch the site.
Training on the use of your website will be provided during launch week. You will be trained in the use of your website so that you are able to make updates and add content without fear of breaking the site. We will also familiarize you with completing necessary site maintenance.
The included training will be broken up into 1 hour pre launch and 1 hour post launch.
You will receive instructional handouts that you can refer to later.
Maintenance and technical support packages are available which can cover site maintenance, updates as well as publishing or updating site content.
NOTE: Drafts and project variations will not be available to you once the final draft is approved. You are NOT entitled to use any of the draft versions that may have been sent to you.
You will be required to pay a 50% deposit before we begin the project. The balance is due before the final product is delivered to you. We accept payment through Venmo, Zelle, or via cashier’s check. Personal checks are not accepted.
We only take on a limited number of projects each month. Because of this, deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE to make sure that we are reserving the spot for someone who is serious and ready to move forward with the project.
If you cancel your project, your deposit will be retained, and you will be responsible for a prorated portion of the remaining balance based on the amount of completed work at the time of the cancellation. You will also be responsible for any expenses, fees or additional costs incurred through the date of the cancellation.
No! The template gives us a basic frame to work from. Your project will be customized using your content, colors, logos, typography etc.
You are expected to provide the content to be used in your project.
If you prefer, we do offer copy writing services for an additional fee.
Any work outside of the scope listed on your contract will require an addendum to that contract listing the additional cost.
You should be aware that adding or changing your services will affect your project timeline.
We will need to have full access to your profile and ad accounts in order to manage and/or post ads for you.
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter all have the ability to give access to your profile and ad accounts to a designated user. We will walk you through that process.
